Quality Management System (QMS)

The QMS at Seeger-Orbis is in accordance with the latest national and international customers’ requirements and is certified to ISO/TS 16949.

The production processes of each group of products are monitored by the use of statistical process control (SPC). The SPC is part of a CAQ System, which protocols all important quality data and documents the processes. Regular product, process and system audits monitor the processes laid down in the QMS.

The goal of the quality policy at Seeger-Orbis is the continuous improvement of processes and products, involving all of our staff for the benefit of our customers.

Environmental Management System (EMS)

Seeger-Orbis has developed an effective EMS, which is certified to DIN EN ISO 14001. The goal is to fulfill all relevant environmental laws and regulations and to train all employees in environmental matters to safeguard our environment.

All processing operations are monitored with regard to environmental, energy and resource-saving considerations. This applies in particular to recycling of materials and keeping waste, emissions, water consumption and discharges to a minimum. Environmentally-friendly packaging is also used.

Health and Safety Management System (HSM)

Seeger-Orbis emphasizes both the security and health of its employees, visitors and the neighborhood communities. To ensure this, we contact all work places and process risk assessments. As a result, we permanently optimize our HSM, which is certified according to BS OHSAS 18001.
