Heavy duty rings for shafts and bores are thicker and have a larger radial width than the standard versions, therefore substantially higher axial forces can be absorbed. The load factor B given in the data charts specifies the additional load bearing capability achievable by these rings. The lug level "a" is to some extent greater compared to a normal Seeger DIN 471/472 ring .
