Axial play resulting from manufacturing tolerances can be rigidly reduced by using various thicknesses of shim washers. All required combinations in incremental steps of 0,1 mm can be used. In addition to DIN 988 specified components, these shim washers are also manufactured in thicknesses of 0.15 mm and 0.25 mm. Thicknesses from 1.1 to 1.9 mm are manufactured by special request only.
