Customer Service (m/w/d)

Location: Königstein/Taunus
Entry date: Immediately

What's waiting for you:
  • Check customer orders for deadline and quantity availability, prices, contract conditions and plausibility and, if necessary, coordinate with the respective specialist department (e.g. with production planning, purchasing, quality etc.) and possibly with key account (contract check).
  • Enter customer orders in SAP system and, if necessary, confirm the order or adapt the order in consultation with the customer.
  • Delivery schedule check via EDI transfer (IDOC processing).
  • Monitoring of confirmed delivery dates to the customer and securing of the order.
  • Arrange delivery system and dispatch of goods on time.
  • Organization of special trips
  • Accept and check customer complaints (e.g. for quantity and price differences, packaging defects, product quality, incorrect deliveries, etc.) and initiate follow-up measures.
  • Monitor customer order changes and, if necessary, consult with customers and, if necessary, give new requirements forecasts to production planning or purchasing.
  • Preparation of long-term supplier declarations and individual supplier declarations
  • Processing of customer requirements for the certificate of origin
  • Compliance with customer-specific requirements to IATF16949
  • Maintain customer portals

Key Account Manager (m/w/d)
