SEEGER-ORBIS has become part of the Kajo Neukirchen Group.

SEEGER-Orbis celebrated it’s 100th anniversary.

2013

SEEGER-ORBIS opened a new plant in Tianjin, China.

2002

After a renewed transformation,  SEEGER-ORBIS joined the Barnes Group.

1995

SKF sold SEEGER-ORBIS to the US TransTechnology Corporation.

1970

SEEGER-ORBIS became a part of the Swedish SKF Group (Svenska Kullageffabriken).

1964

A further plant was founded in Eichen/Hessen.

1949

The SEEGER plant in Königstein-Schneidhain was founded.

1944

SEEGER began producing rings at site in Königstein (Johanniswald).

1941

The SEEGER rings were standardized. Uniform rings were only available for shafts (DIN 471) and bores (DIN 472).

1927

Hugo Heiermann developed the first SEEGER ring as a cylinder bolt locking device and applied for a patent.

Willy Seeger started production of transportable cylinder drilling machines in October 1917: The foundation of SEEGER-ORBIS.
